TERMS OF SALE
All prices are quoted in UK Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices exclude delivery costs which will be added at checkout (please see Delivery Information). We will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc. arising as a result of goods being sent to any destination outside mainland UK.
Payment will be debited from your account at time of purchase or soon thereafter. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards as well as by PayPal.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure. However, if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to the data you provide when accessing our site. Occasionally, our order confirmation emails may be misdirected to spam by incoming mail servers, therefore if you do not immediately receive an order confirmation email, please check your junk folder. We are, of course, happy to resend confirmation via a non-automated email. Please contact us if you require this. You may cancel your order in writing, as long as it has not been despatched, and will be refunded in full. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw products and/or remove or edit content on this website at any time. We try to ensure that all product information is correct, but cannot guarantee the absence of errors. If there is found to be a clear error or omission in the product description, we will notify you prior to despatch and refund you in full if you wish to cancel your order.
Product imagery is offered as a good representation of the product, but, for reasons beyond our control, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of colour on products viewed online.
STOCK SHORTAGES
If stock is unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you of this with suggestions of a suitable alternative or you have the option to claim an immediate full refund.
DELIVERY
Orders, under normal circumstances and circumstances within our control, should be despatched within 2-4 working days of your order and are normally sent via Royal Mail unless it is a large parcel requiring courier service. If you require any item to be sent via Special Delivery, this can be arranged but please contact us for details of any additional costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery address details are correct. You must always provide a valid contact number and email when ordering online. Please provide additional delivery instructions if they may be needed as in the event that your address cannot be found, undelivered orders will be chargeable. RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We would request that you contact us within 3 working days of receipt on: 01303 840771 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or by email: info@heartsdeco.com All items to be returned should be securely packaged and received by us in perfect and saleable condition within 14 days of order despatch date. With the exception of faulty or damaged goods, we bear no responsibility for return postage. Returns should be sent to: Hearts Deco, Aykley House, Old Road, Elham, Kent, CT4 6UH but please contact us in the first instance as we may be able to advise the most efficient way to process returns.
FAULTY GOODS OR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or an item faulty, please contact us within 3 working days of receipt on: 01303 840771 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm or by email: info@heartsdeco.com and we will advise how to proceed. We may require photographic evidence or may require the goods to be returned.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and will treat all of your personal information as confidential. We promise not to sell, disclose or distribute information about you as an individual, other than for the sole purpose of administering your order and ensuring we provide you with the very best service. All information is stored securely and conforms with GDPR (May 2018). We do not store credit card details neither do we share customer details with any third parties. We may contact you with details of events or specific offers which we feel you may find of interest.
