We hope you will be delighted with your heartsdeco.com purchase. If you're unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return them to us. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days. Our only exclusion is earrings, which we are, unfortunately, unable to refund for hygiene reasons.
If an item is faulty we are happy to offer a replacement if possible, or a full refund. It is important that you contact us before return so we can advise on the most suitable way to return your items and so that we can provide you with the best possible service. This would be by Royal Mail 2nd Class unless we advise otherwise.
This is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the terms below.
- The goods were purchased from heartsdeco.com
- We receive the item back within 14 days from delivery. For non tracked deliveries, the delivery date will be the latest date in your estimated date range unless we are told otherwise.
- You pay return postage taking care to ensure the goods are packaged carefully to avoid damage.
- The goods are returned to heartsdeco.com in the same condition as they were sent and have not been altered, tampered with or worn.
Orders not received within the stated timescales
If your order hasn't arrived within the timescale advised, please contact us and we will look in to it for you.
If the product you receive is not as stated on the heartsdeco.com website, we will refund the total cost including postage.
If you change your mind, you will receive a refund for the price of the product(s) excluding postage, providing the goods are returned in the same and undamaged, unused condition in which they were sent, and returned within 14 days (notifying us first). Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Proof of postage should always be obtained from the Post Office when returning items. Failure to do so may result in refusal to refund should your order go missing before it arrives at Hearts Deco.
